Okay, so the Food Network does its very best to fatten me up and I really appreciate the effort… just thank god I don’t live around the corner from Choice Market. I first learned about it on the show “The Best Thing I Ever Ate”, bacon addition. They declared this the best BLT and from the speed at which I inhaled it followed by the euphoric dizzy spells after consuming, I would agree. The chef is French (they get a couple of points right there) and takes the American classic farther with a homemade rosemary-aïoli dressing. I want it.
