A Taste of NY

[H]aving our families come from Texas and Kansas to our NYC wedding we knew we wanted to welcome them with a true taste of New York. I partnered with a company called Samplrs which is an amazing service that sent us the finest up-and-coming local food artisans of New York City to build a welcome basket for all our guests which was waiting for them in the hotel suites. We wanted a mixture of items they could snack on during their stay as well as pieces to take home with them, a little flavor of NY.

PS- You can also buy individual products you discover through them on their website… BUT I WARN  YOU, I got addicted to THESE and we have fashion week coming up!

Click View More to see what else was in the basket…

We also included a fact sheet on the Carlyle Hotel to make their home away from home and the site of our wedding a more personal experience. Tickets to a Broadway show, a room candle in the scent of our wedding, maps of Manhattan and a souvenir just for fun.

Throw in a couple local brews, a photograph (naturally) and voila! A sampling extravaganza!

Thank you Jake for all your help and good taste making these baskets! J’dore!
